This property was purchased at auction after being vacant for more than 2 years, and it was clear this old charmer was in desperate need of some love. We took everything back to bare bones and started from scratch. Keeping with the character of the home, VJ walls and original floors were a must, but with a few modern twists.

Our clients shared with us their dream of extending this home to add extra room for a growing family. To create additional space we added 2 bedrooms, laundry and mudroom and the project also involved altering the locations of existing bathroom, laundry and bedroom to make the new floor plan flow throughout. Most importantly we were able to deliver on the clients brief by making the extension seem as if it had always been there.

We were privileged to be able to transform what was an old retro washroom into this stunning bathroom. Our client was not afraid to be bold with the selection of a hexagon pattern tile and copper penny rounds.
